Understanding Covid 19. In these two videos a well reputed scientist explains in simple language how the virus causes disease, how a vaccine works, and possible treatments which are being trialled. The second link is accurate as at 15 April and new updates will be made.
Beating the Blues has 8 free (to people in NZ) sessions which each last about 50 minutes. Beating the Blues is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Support from your GP to access this online course is required.
